Telephones

Our windows-based call management system offers full predictive, progressive and power dialling, customer scripting, voice recognition and call monitoring. There are also many other features in the instruction book. We can never remember them all.

Fax machines

Our fax machines offer guaranteed offcentre alignment, infinity dialing, incomprehensible menu options and operate an ink minimisation and jam maximisation system to ensure that we never need to use them.

Email

The popular windows-based email programme we use offers a calendar, task manager, contact manager, notes and custom views as well as email. It also offers a search facility, preview panes, out-of-office autoreply, junk mail filters, folders, flagged messages, shared mailboxes and calendars. Most importantly, it gives us the capability to send messages to many recipients simultaneously.

Word Processing

Our word processing systems allow us to generate emails for our clients and customers almost at will, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Envelopes

Our paper-based post management system allows us to send physical items to multiple recipients, enclosed in a protective sheath of folded adhesive paper.

Recorded messages

Our speciality. Whether delivering our incoming or outgoing call management services (see "telephones" above), our business relies heavily on the use of recorded messages. We will be happy to supply recorded messages to you or your customers.
