Reg Gallowman has been managing director of Baum Technologies Inc. since 1996, when he formed the company by a reverse takeover and merger of Oswestry Enterprises Ltd, Tornado Technologies SA and Rainbow Printing Supplies.

Dorothy Tempest - Office Temp
Dorothy is on a hastily arranged attachment from our Reading division. A keen team-builder with strong leadership skills and an independent streak, Dorothy heads up the voluntary anti-bullying counselling service at BAUM.

Simon Fisher - Office Manager (Oswestry)
Oswestry branch office manager Simon has for several years been a rock of dependability at Baum, negotiating reams of bureaucratic red tape with aplomb. He successfully oversaw the disinfection of the entire Business Complex at Oswestry in the wake of the 2008 vehicle infestation.

Nick's other day job is on the Regional Sales team where he is an efficient team player, despite his irrational fear of birds and his terrible untidiness.

Nick and Tim are Simon's colleagues on the Frankenstein account, which has proved to be a project requiring a team with minds ready to travel to new places.

Rita Molesworth, Reception
The newest and youngest member of the BaumTech team, Rita has been with us for only a few months and is still learning her way around. However, after a couple of false starts she has now found a pen and is already doubling as Reg's PA, the previous one having mysteriously disappeared. Again. That's the fourth this year. Rita is very good at answering the phone and has never complained once about showing her cleavage to the sexist pigs from head office.
